Eureka Inn Crab Menu from 1931

Abstract

This menu from the Eureka Inn (presumably around 1931) shows not only a specialty of the county but also how much others were paying for it. From such delectable treats as 'Cream Crab on Toast' to 'Hot Deviled Crab Meat', it is interesting to note not only what the high-class establishments were serving, but also how different that seems to be from what is now popular in modern Eureka.
