Abstract

This image is supposedly of a Hoopa Native American Man walking across a traditional Native American fishing dam on the Trinity River. The picture is listed as being in Northern Humboldt County, and could have been taken on the Hoopa Reservation since part of the Trinity River runs along the middle of the land. No mention of who 'Billie' was or why the photographer needed 'rescuing'.
